The First Edition of the CCGM Board Monitor Has Been Published!

The Croatian Corporate Governance and Management Society has published the first edition of the CCGM Board Monitor, a new annual project dedicated to tracking the structure, characteristics and practices of supervisory boards in Croatian joint-stock companies.

Through this project, CCGM seeks to contribute to stronger professional standards, greater transparency and increased trust in the Croatian corporate governance system.
