The European Confederation of Directors’ Associations (ecoDa) is a leading umbrella organization uniting national institutes of directors and corporate governance experts from across Europe. Founded in 2004, ecoDa is dedicated to promoting high standards of corporate governance, strengthening the effectiveness of boards, and representing the interests of directors at the European level. It serves as a hub for collaboration and knowledge sharing among its member organizations, while actively engaging in dialogue with European policymakers. In Croatia, ecoDa is represented by the Croatian Corporate Governance and Management Society.
