The first session of the General Assembly of the Croatian Corporate Governance and Management Society (CCGM)

The first session of the General Assembly of the Croatian Corporate Governance and Management Society (CCGM) was held on 7 October 2025 at Algebra Bernays University.

Several resolutions were adopted:
(1) the acceptance of the activity report for the previous period, presented by the President of the Society, Professor Darko Tipurić;
(2) the election of Mr Robert Travaš as Chair of the General Assembly;
(3) the adoption of the Code of Ethics CCGM, presented at the session by Professor Hana Horak; and
(4) the adoption of a resolution to implement a continuous research project that will result in annual publications under the working title BOARD MONITOR CROATIA, to be coordinated by Dr. Lana Cindrić and Dr. Karolina Kokot.
