Strategic seminar of the Education Committee of ecoDa

The strategic seminar of the Education Committee of ecoDa (The European Confederation of Directors Associations) in Paris was held to align objectives and exchange best practices in board member education. The meeting was attended by Professor Darko Tipurić, member of the Education Committee and President of the Croatian Society for Corporate Governance and Management.

The main topics included: presentation of national strategic priorities and experiences in the education of board members; an overview of the French education model; development of national reference programmes with a focus on artificial intelligence and cybersecurity; promotion of the European Board Diploma (EBD) as a complement to national certification schemes and the activity plan for 2026; as well as consideration of opportunities to develop education for board members outside the EU, and the exchange of ideas and proposals for future collaboration among members.
