Risk management is one of the most important business functions, not only for companies but also for the state, it was highlighted on Tuesday at the “Croatia Business Risk Outlook 2027”, organized by The Croatian Economic Association and the Croatian Corporate Governance and Management Society.
As one of the approaches and mechanisms through which companies can strengthen their resilience, Darko Tipurić, President of The Croatian Economic Association, highlighted scenario analysis, noting that without it, effective risk management will not be possible, which in turn means that companies will not be able to develop competitive advantages. He added that the same applies to national competitive advantages, as risk management is important not only for companies but also for other organizations and the state.
