Professionalization of Supervisory Boards: Between Recommendations and Reality (March 31, 2026)

Croatian Corporate Governance and Management Society is organizing a roundtable titled “Professionalization of Supervisory Boards: Between Recommendations and Reality”, with the aim of opening an expert discussion on one of the most important topics in modern corporate governance.

In the context of increasingly complex regulatory frameworks and growing stakeholder expectations, the professionalization of supervisory boards is becoming a crucial element in ensuring effective, responsible, and sustainable governance.

The opening address will be delivered by Professor Darko Tipurić, Ph.D while the panel discussion will feature Professor Danijela Miloš Sprčić, Ph.D, Mislav Vucić, and Ivo Markotić. The panel will be moderated by Lana Cindrić, Ph.D.

The roundtable will take place on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, starting at 6:00 PM, at Business Club 5, Sky Office, Zagreb.
