One Year of the Croatian Corporate Governance and Management Society

We are proud to mark the first year of activity of the Croatian Corporate Governance and Management Society (CCGM).

The Society was founded on March 25, 2025, and officially registered on April 10, 2025, as a professional and non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the principles of good corporate governance, modern management practices, and sustainable development within Croatia’s economic, public, and civil sectors. We are particularly pleased that CCGM is also the Croatian member of ecoDa a.s.b.l. – The European Confederation of Directors Associations, thereby connecting our work with the broader European community.

CCGM serves as a platform for the exchange of knowledge, experience, and innovation among managers, academics, entrepreneurs, and policymakers, with the aim of improving governance standards and strengthening accountability and excellence in organizations of all sizes. Through the organization of professional events, advisory initiatives, research projects, and educational programs, we actively contribute to the professionalization of management and to enhancing the competitiveness of Croatian institutions and companies in the European and global context.

Our mission is to foster open dialogue and the exchange of knowledge among experts and practitioners, with the goal of jointly shaping a business environment grounded in trust, accountability, and long-term sustainability. Over the past year, independently and in cooperation with partners, we have successfully organized nine professional events, conferences, and roundtables, thereby laying strong foundations for the Society’s future development.

We extend our sincere thanks to all members, partners, and collaborators for their support, trust, and shared efforts during this first year. We look forward to new projects, initiatives, and shared successes in the years ahead!
