Corporate Governance 2.0 – Is Artificial Intelligence Taking the Lead?
Organized by the Croatian Corporate Governance and Management Society (CCGM) and the Faculty of Organization and Informatics (FOI), a roundtable titled “Corporate Governance 2.0 – Is Artificial Intelligence Taking the Lead?” was held in Varaždin.
The discussion focused on whether artificial intelligence can replace human judgment in decision-making and oversight, how prepared our governance models are for digital transformation, and where human responsibility ends and algorithmic action begins.
It was concluded that AI offers numerous benefits – from faster data analysis to improved compliance and reduced risks. However, without appropriate education and a redefinition of responsibility, there is a risk of losing control and trust.
Participants included: Darko Tipurić, Marina Klačmer Čalopa, Neven Vrček, Hana Horak, Zvonko Kostanjčar, Domagoj Hruška, Ema Menđušić Škugor, PhD, and Lana Cindrić.
We thank everyone for the excellent discussion and their contribution to shaping the future of governance.
