Corporate Governance 2.0 – Is Artificial Intelligence Taking the Lead?

On June 26, 2025, Croatian Corporate Governance and Management Society (CCGM), in cooperation with the Faculty of Organization and Informatics in Varaždin, will organise a round table titled “Corporate Governance 2.0 – Is Artificial Intelligence Taking the Lead?”

The event will be held at the Faculty premises starting at 11:00 AM. As artificial intelligence crosses the boundaries of mere technological support and enters the core of strategic decision-making, risk, control, and supervision, corporate governance faces deep and important questions. Traditional structures are challenged by algorithms—but also presented with new opportunities. In a time when algorithms are increasingly shaping business decisions, we ask: is corporate governance still in the hands of humans—or are we on the verge of a quiet shift where AI takes over?
