The Croatian Corporate Governance and Management Society cordially invites you to the presentation of the book “State-Owned Enterprises: Between Ideology, Politics, and Efficiency”, authored by Darko Tipurić, Lana Cindrić, Zlatko Žuro, and Anamarija Idžojtić.

The book offers a comprehensive and analytical insight into the role of state-owned enterprises in the modern economy, examining their relationship with ideology, politics, and economic efficiency.

The book will be presented by:

  • Ivo Markotić, Vice President of CCGM and expert in management and corporate governance
