4th EFOS Business Forum

The Croatian Corporate Governance and Management Society (CCGM) is pleased to participate as a partner in the organization of the 4th EFOS Business Forum, a central event that connects the academic community with the real sector.

This year’s Forum opens a key question: what makes Croatia (un)competitive? Special emphasis is placed on productivity as the fundamental development challenge of the Croatian economy, as well as on an analysis of whether the current situation represents a constraint or a starting point for a new strategic breakthrough.

The discussion will feature distinguished representatives of the academic and business communities who, through their knowledge, experience, and visions, directly shape the contemporary market environment: Prof. Darko Tipurić, PhD; Slađana Ćosić; Josip Ergović; Ivan Jelušić; Zoran Uranjek; and Branka Hitner, with moderation by Prof. Ivana Bestvina Bukvić, PhD.

As a Forum partner, CCGM actively supports initiatives that encourage dialogue between science and practice, strengthen the quality of corporate governance, and contribute to the long-term competitiveness of the Croatian economy. On behalf of CCGM, the Forum will be addressed by Ivo Markotić, Vice President.

The EFOS Business Forum will take place on February 11, 2026, in the Aula glagoljice at the Faculty of Economics and Business in Osijek. Registration is open until February 8, 2026, via the link available on the Faculty of Economics and Business in Osijek website.
