Croatia Business Risk Outlook 2026
Croatian Corporate Governance and Management Society and Croatian Economic Association invite you to the business conference “Croatia Business Risk Outlook 2026”, which will be held on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, starting at 10:00 a.m. at the Sheraton Zagreb Hotel.
Integrated risk management is becoming an increasingly important element of quality corporate governance. It contributes to the resilience, sustainability and long-term performance of companies, but also to the stability of the wider economic system. In the face of challenges such as labour shortages, geopolitical tensions, war conflicts, supply chain disruptions, increasing cyber threats, the implementation of artificial intelligence, changes in foreign trade regimes and regulatory frameworks, and growing environmental concerns, it becomes crucial to foster structured dialogue and exchange of experiences among relevant stakeholders.
The aim of the conference is to bring together prominent experts and managers from sectors of strategic importance for the Croatian economy: energy, manufacturing, information technology, telecommunications, tourism, defense, public sector and financial services. During the event, two panel discussions will be held with a focus on identifying the most important business risks that will mark 2026 and on proposing effective measures to mitigate and systematically manage them.
The Croatia Business Risk Outlook is the main annual gathering of the business community where the latest analyses, forecasts and practical solutions in the field of risk management are presented. It is a meeting place of knowledge, experience and strategies aimed at a safer, more stable and better business environment.
